Last Updated: 10/25/2026

What Our Pest Control Work Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the pest control services Louisiana Pest Pros provides to homeowners and businesses across Louisiana. Our work covers treating common household pests, including termites, roaches, ants, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, spiders, mosquitoes, stinging insects, rodents, and stored-product pests, along with related inspections and follow-up visits stated in your service agreement.

All pesticides are applied strictly according to the EPA-approved product label, as required by FIFRA and the Louisiana Pesticide Law, La. R.S.

3:3201–3:3241. Our technicians hold a Louisiana commercial applicator license through LDAF, and the company maintains a Louisiana Pesticide Application Business License.

We handle and dispose of pesticide containers following the label directions and applicable RCRA hazardous-waste rules for qualifying pesticide waste.

Some situations fall outside a standard agreement, such as structural repairs, wildlife exclusions requiring construction, or ongoing commercial contracts. Those require a separate written agreement before any work begins.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Canceling Appointments

Appointments are scheduled by phone or email at a time that works for you. We confirm the date, arrival window, and service to be performed before the visit. If we need to reschedule because of weather, equipment issues, or route changes, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available opening.

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice when you can. Last-minute cancellations may affect your place in the schedule, and repeated no-shows may require a new service agreement before we return.

During a visit, if the technician finds a problem that was not part of the original scope for example, a second pest species or a larger infestation than expected they will explain what is needed and get your approval before doing additional work or adjusting the price. No extra work is performed without your say-so.

Quotes, Pricing, and When Payment Is Due

Before work begins, we provide a written estimate that describes the service, the areas to be treated, and the price. Estimates are based on what we can see at the time of inspection; if conditions change, we will re-quote before proceeding.

Payment is due when service is completed unless your agreement states different terms. For ongoing or recurring plans, billing follows the schedule in your service agreement. We accept payment by the methods listed on your invoice.

If you approve a scope change during a visit say, adding a treatment for a pest discovered on site the technician will give you the adjusted amount before continuing. You approve any price change before the extra work happens.

If you have questions about an invoice or a quote, call us before the due date and we will walk through it with you. We do not add charges you have not agreed to.

Our Workmanship Guarantee

Louisiana Pest Pros stands behind the quality of the treatments we perform. If a covered pest problem returns within the follow-up period stated in your service agreement, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge under the terms of that agreement.

The length of coverage depends on the service performed termite work, general pest treatments, and rodent programs each carry their own follow-up terms, which are written into your agreement. Please read that document for the specific period that applies to your service.

Coverage can be voided under certain conditions, including unapproved repairs or alterations to treated areas, new moisture or structural problems after treatment, conditions on the property that were not disclosed to us, or failure to follow the preparation and maintenance instructions we provide. Regular sanitation issues that invite re-infestation are also outside the guarantee.

If you believe a covered problem has returned, contact us promptly so we can inspect and address it.

Limits on Our Liability

Our responsibility for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the cost of the service provided under your agreement. We are not responsible for damage or conditions that existed before our work began, including pre-existing structural damage, hidden infestations in areas we could not reasonably inspect, or problems caused by factors outside our control.

All products are applied according to the EPA-approved label, as FIFRA and the Louisiana Pesticide Law, La. R.S.

3:3201–3:3241 require. Our applicators are licensed through LDAF, and the company holds a Louisiana Pesticide Application Business License.

Pesticide containers are disposed of following the product label directions, and qualifying pesticide waste is handled under applicable RCRA hazardous-waste rules.

To the fullest extent allowed by Louisiana law, Louisiana Pest Pros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If you have a concern about work we performed, contact us so we can inspect and resolve it.
